Britney Spears left frustrated after fans call police to check on her

Police knocked at Britney Spears‘ door on Tuesday after several fans called to ask the authorities to check on the famous singer.

Her followers were concerned that Britney could be in danger after she deleted her Instagram account for yet another time.

Fans had previously began to make up all kinds of theories about the reason behind her decision to disappear from social media.

Sources told TMZ that Spears looked “annoyed” after police’s visit late at night although she understands that fans called the authorities because they care about her.

TMZ also said that officers from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office visited Spears on Tuesday night around 23:00 local time to perform a welfare check.

Police reportedly received several calls from concerned fans despite this not being the first time she decides to delete her Instagram account.

Changed her Instagram account name

Spears‘ erratic behavior in recent months, which escalated a few days ago when she caused a scene at a Los Angeles restaurant, has led her millions of followers to believe that she has been struggling mentally.

Her decision to delete her account came just a few days after she changed her name on Instagram to River Red. She revealed that she did so after seeing an Instagram story showing the planet Mars and its red glow.

“A brilliant…. EASY!!! Thank you, childhood friend, I found my ball…..” she explained.

“Don’t underestimate the power of purity!!!!! I see through it all… It’s liquid and wet…. It’s playful and has mass!!!

“I changed my name to River Red!!!!

“However, the fire is where it’s lit… to look at it and jump without fear at all!!!”
