Syracuse, N.Y. – Francis Conole, a Democratic candidate for Congress in Central New York, is participating in a live Q and A with syracuse.com at 11 a.m. today.

Conole, 44, a commander in the Navy Reserves from Syracuse, faces Brandon Williams, a tech executive from Cayuga County, in the 22nd Congressional District election.
Conole has not been provided any questions in advance of today’s interview.
Early voting in the new 22nd Congressional District begins Oct. 29. Election Day is Nov. 8.
The district spans all of Onondaga, Madison and Oneida counties, and the southeastern tip of Oswego County. Williams has promised to move into the new district if elected in November.
