Hong Kong Post to issue stamps marking HKSAR’s 25th birthday

Hong Kong Post announced on Saturday that six sets of special stamps will be issued from July to December 2022, including commemorative stamps for the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

The commemorative stamps for “The 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region” and “The 25th Anniversary of the Stationing of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army in Hong Kong” will first be released in July, according to an official press release.

Hong Kong Post will also issue special stamps with the themes of “Fruit,” “The Hong Kong Cheongsam Making Technique,” “Dinosaurs” and “Miss 13 Dots,” a renowned comic in Hong Kong.

The six sets of special stamps will involve significant occasions for Hong Kong and local arts and culture and will be issued to both philatelists and the general public.
