Brielle Biermann had to get her lip fillers DISSOLVED before undergoing double

Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s daughter Brielle Biermann revealed she had to get her lip injections dissolved before undergoing a double jaw surgery last year.

While looking back at photos of herself from August 2021 just two days after undergoing the procedure, the 25-year-old reality star pointed out to fans on Friday that she ‘had no lip injections at this time.’

‘I had to dissolve it allllll before surgery which was a b**ch,’ she captioned one of the images of her swollen face on her Instagram Story.

After having her teeth wired shut and having to adhere to a liquid diet, she  said she ‘lost’ a whopping 15 pounds in just a few weeks. 

‘I got so thin…I was not happy,’ she noted while sharing a video of herself after losing the weight in a cropped blue sweater and black leggings. 

On September 7, Biermman announced that she underwent double jaw surgery aka a bi-maxillary osteotomy to correct her ‘TMJ and 9mm overjet overbite.’

Looking back: The beauty also mused over her bruised ‘chipmunk’ cheeks, when she ‘thought’ she ‘looked so good’ and was ‘on the mend’

‘I sucked my thumb [until] I was 9-ish, which made the roof of my mouth super narrow and my excessive overbite cause my teeth to have no contact whatsoever,’ she explained.

‘Have you ever thought about what it’s like to not be able to bite into pizza? Or [oh my god] trying to bite into an onion on a burger? Impossible for me. I had to use my tongue to help me chew and almost choked every time I ate. That lisp some of y’all complained about? Thank the overbite for that as well.’

Brielle was warned that if she didn’t get braces in November 2020 and have surgery she would ‘crack’ her back four teeth and never be able to eat again by the time I was 27.’

Biermann’s dental procedure was done by ‘incredible’ oral surgeons Amy Kuhmichel and Glenn Maron at Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta back on August 23.

The KAB Cosmetics co-founder has been recovering with support from her family, private chef Tracey Bloom, and IV treatments at Total Body Therapy of Georgia.

After Brielle had her teeth wired shut, she shed 13lbs due to her liquid diet consisting of Gatorade Zero, soups, smoothies, and blended pasta dinners.

‘Eating [through] a syringe has really sucked. Now I’m on to baby spoons,’ Biermann – who was also having trouble sleeping – said at the time.

‘If you have any recipes for food that…
