The next snowstorm set to hit New Hampshire on Friday will likely have an impact on travel on the ground and through the air.Many places in central and southern New Hampshire will be looking at between 6-12 inches of new snow. This will fall throughout the daylight hours on Friday. Officials at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport said the airlines will make decisions on whether to cancel flights, but anyone scheduled to fly Friday should start thinking about alternative arrangements.”Each carrier is a little bit different,” said airport director ted Kitchens. “That’s why I suggest if you are trying to fly out Friday and you are flexible in your plans, just go ahead and be proactive and start thinking about what those alternative plans may be.”Kitchens said crews will be making sure the airfield is safe and the airport remains open.Road conditions are expected to deteriorate in the pre-dawn hours Friday morning as the snowstorm arrives and snow should pick up in intensity from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. The snow is expected to end in the late evening hours Friday night.
