The Buckeyes were pinned inside their 10-yard line following the touchdown and went three-and-out. After a short punt and return, Michigan began its second possession at the Ohio State 39-yard line. UM quickly moved into the red zone, but quarterback Cade McNamara was intercepted forcing a ball into tight coverage. Fortunately for the Wolverines, after the Buckeyes responded with a long drive of their own, Aidan Hutchinson picked up his 11th sack of the season to force OSU to settle for a field goal.
