Justin Trudeau pranked by Russians posing as Greta Thunberg

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is the latest politician to be tricked by Russian pranksters pretending to be Greta Thunberg — only catching on when they asked to meet two fictional “South Park” characters.

Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov — a duo known as Vovan and Lexus — posted audio on Monday of someone pretending to be the teen activist getting through to the leader and chatting for 10 minutes.

“I understand that you have a lot of work and not so much time to talk to young girl,” the fake Thunberg told him in an exaggerated accent — saying she was alarmed at the “growing international crisis and the anticipation of the third world war.”

“You are adults but you act like childrens,” the prankster said, telling him to not “play war.”

“Leave NATO, drop your weapons, pick flowers, smile at nature,” the over-the-top impersonator implored the Canadian.

Trudeau replied that he “also dreams of a world in which soldiers are not necessary,” saying, “But we don’t live in that world — yet — unfortunately.”

Throughout the call, Trudeau remained diplomatic — even when the fake Thunberg tried to get him to bash President Trump as well as Meghan Markle, who she said was “manipulating” Prince Harry.

“I have met Meghan a few times and she has always been lovely,” he told the pranksters — who have previously targeted Harry.

Trudeau finally appeared to catch on when the prankster asked him to “introduce me to Terrance and Phillip,” calling them “big stars in Canada” whom she could not find “in the social networks.”

“Wait — Terrance and Phillip, were they not in ‘South Park’?” Trudeau asked after initially saying he would ask his team for help.

“I don’t personally know them. I believe they are ‘South Park’ parodies of Canadians,” he said.

Trudeau then quickly said his goodbyes and ended the call.

Trudeau’s office told The Post that while the call was only posted this week, it was made “almost a year ago when world leaders were calling the prime minister to express their condolences after 85 Canadians and permanent residents were killed on the Ukrainian airlines flight shot down by Iran” in January.

“The prime minister determined the call was fake and promptly ended it,” his office said, stressing, “This is not the first prank call of a world leader.”

In fact, previous targets of the pair have included leaders in France and Britain, as well as leading US politicians, including Bernie Sanders and now-Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.

They have also gone after celebrities — including rock legend Elton John, who bragged about getting a call from Russian President Vladimir Putin before realizing he’d been tricked.
